Basic Centering Prayer Class Online

This weekly six-week class has two options for starting, either:
Monday, January 12, 6:30 to 8 pm

OR 

Wednesday, January 14, 1 pm to 3 pm

This class will dig deeper into the method and explore the nuances of Centering Prayer. Each week experienced facilitators will show a recorded talk by Fr. Thomas Keating and then guide a group discussion. Attending the free Introduction to Centering Prayer Workshop is suggested but is not necessary to take this class. Offered by The Center for Contemplative Living.
