Centering Prayer and the Spiritual Journey Class Online

This is a weekly five-week class. Two options starting either: Tuesday, September 22, 6:30 to 8 pm OR Wednesday, September 23, 1 pm to 2:30 pm. This class will dig deep into the method of Centering Prayer. Each week experienced facilitators will show a recorded talk by Fr. Thomas Keating and then guide a group discussion. Attending the free Introduction to Centering Prayer Workshop on September 12 is suggested but is not necessary to take this class. Offered on Zoom by The Center for Contemplative Living.
