If you happen to find yourself wanting to spend Easter morning worshiping and thanking God for the resurrection, you are invited to visit the Easter Sunrise Service at the world famous Red Rocks Amphitheater on April 5. Pre-service music begins at 5:30am, followed by the regular service at 6:00am. The event is sponsored by the Colorado Council of Churches.

Now in its 79th year, the CCC Easter Sunrise Service was the first ever official event held at the amphitheater in 1947. Come in person or see the service via the magic of livestreaming at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zj49Uw2gIYw . Attendance at the amphitheater is usually just under 10,000, with an additional 800-1600 watching the service online from afar. If you come in person, the doors open at 4:45am. Your Calvary tech team will be doing the livestream, Online welcoming begins at 5:15am, led by our own Christine Zeiler via remote hook-up.

This year's message will be delivered by Kathy Escobar, M.A., co-founder of the Refuge, a healing community serving north Denver. Other local worship leaders include Rev. Fernando Rodriguez and seminary professor Michelle Ferrigno Warren. Our musical guests include Emerson Rose and the Cherokee Trail High School choir. The event is hosted by Adrian Miller, Executive Director of the Council. The stream will provide American Sign Language interpretation by Barbara Ardoin. A dove release will conclude the service. Come help us share the hope of Resurrection Morning.
