Important Staff Update September 23, 2026 Ru-Lee Weller Passman A Note from Christina Ebben, Church Business Administrator After a great deal of thought and reflection, I have decided to step away from my role as Church Business Administrator at Calvary Baptist Church of Denver. My last day will be September 30. I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to have served Calvary during this season. What has meant the most to me is being part of a community that genuinely cares about the people around us and the community we call home, and that is willing to show up for people when they need a little extra support. I have especially loved being part of the Blessings ministry and seeing the many ways Calvary lives out that commitment. I also believe deeply in Calvary’s vision of being Open to All, Closed to None. That phrase has come to mean a great deal to me during my time here, and I am grateful to have been part of a community where that value is expressed in so many different ways. I am moving into a new professional chapter, but I hope this is not goodbye. Calvary has become a meaningful part of my life, and I hope to remain connected to this community in the future. I am sure you will still see me around from time to time. Thank you for welcoming me, trusting me, and allowing me to be part of the life and ministry of Calvary. I am grateful for the people I have met, the work we have done together, and the opportunity to serve a community whose compassion and commitment to others I genuinely believe in. I will carry those people and experiences with me into whatever comes next. A Note from Pastor Anne I am grateful for the gifts Christina has shared with our staff and congregation in these last few months as our Church Business Administrator. Though her season with us on staff was shorter than anticipated, she impacted our ministry in meaningful ways. I trust that things are unfolding in the best ways for Christina personally and professionally, and that the Spirit will lead us as we move into the season ahead.
