Alice Horner Nelson (she/her) For our livestream viewers who have been struggling with us the past several weeks over the video and audio freezes, we thank you for your patience and understanding. We opened a Help Desk ticket with YouTube. We're convinced that the issue is on their side. After extensive review: We know that both video and audio of the Services leave Calvary without problems. To use an IT industry phrase, "there is no packet loss" here in our network (if you wish for an in-depth definition of what a "packet" is, the Tech Team will be happy to discuss it with you individually). Once the stream leaves Calvary, it goes to both YouTube and Facebook. Every time we've experienced an issue with YouTube, the Facebook feed has been perfect. As we know more, we'll pass it on. At the moment, the best suggestion is to reboot your device when it occurs. Connectivity seems to restore at that point. Tags: youtube, tech
