Reset Practices for Contemplative Living via Zoom April 21, 2026 Ru-Lee Weller Passman Saturday, May 9, 2026, 9 am to 12 pm MDT on Zoom, Plus 4 Wednesday evening Zoom sessions at 6 pm to 7:30 pm on May 13, May 20, May 27 and June 3. Dr. Christine O’Brien will show us simple practices to reset our mood and capacity for compassion following a stressful event. She’ll look at neuroscience with a contemplative lens showing that, as humans, we possess an inherent core of goodness embedded in our very biology: The vagus nerve. These practices reset the vagus nerve so we can release habitual inner dialogue and anxiety, and access a lived experience of connection, wholeness and authentic self-expression. The Saturday Workshop will introduce four practices and explore the big picture of what’s happening in our bodies when we engage the reset practices.
