Staff Relations Request!

Hello, Calvary! It is the time of year for your Staff Relations team to seek new members, as we operate on a program year rather than a calendar year basis. We are seeking two additional team members. You would be joining current members Henry Boyer, Kreg Brown, and myself. View the brief video for more information about how we operate. There is rarely a lack of interesting topics to work on! If you’d like a bit of a challenge that doesn’t take a huge number of hours each month, let me know. We meet via Zoom so no driving to meetings is required! You don’t have to be a career HR professional to be a good fit for the team, either. Exposure to Human Resources concepts and requirements through work; board experience; managerial experience; mental health professional experience; social worker experience; teaching; legal experience; or other related roles are all possibilities.
