Breakfast Burrito Fundraiser

May 11, 2018

In true Calvary fashion you all turned up and turned out for our youth for their Breakfast Burrito Fundraiser! This past Sunday you did not reach the students’ overall goal of $500, you exceeded it. In fact, you raised $845 in cash and check alone. This does not include any contributions made through debit or credit card. We are so incredibly grateful for the many ways you care for our students. Whether it is through your prayers, checking in throughout the year, offering listening ears and shoulders to cry on, and in the case of this past Sunday through your financial support. I am forever grateful for your support and am honored to serve alongside each of you as we strive to nurture our Calvary students to know the God of love that calls us to love our neighbors – which is exactly what our students grow in on each of their summer trips. May all of you who supported our students through the Breakfast Burrito Fundraiser this past Sunday know that each of our students, their families, and all of our youth leaders are grateful beyond words.

If you missed the chance to contribute to our 18 students attending one of our three summer trips, know that you haven’t. You are always able to give to the youth summer trips, simply note “Youth Summer Trips” on your check, envelope, or in the “other” option online.

The students, leaders, and myself look forward to sharing about our summer trips at the Intergenerational Summer Forum later in the summer. We hope you will join us!
