Order Your Hymnal Nameplate in Honor or in Memory of a Loved One!
Calvary is purchasing hymnals to enhance our collective worship experience. We will dedicate the hymnals on Gathering Sunday this year. Purchasing a hymnal in honor of or in memory of someone is a wonderful way to keep your loved one’s or friend’s name and legacy alive. A nameplate will be created for each hymnal that is purchased in honor of or in memory of someone.
Please note, when you purchase a hymnal it is a gift and the hymnal is the permanent property of the church. (You will be given credit on your 2019 giving statement for this tax-deductible gift.) Hymnals will be placed throughout the sanctuary; any worshipper may use the hymnal(s) that you gift to the church. To ensure the nameplate printing is correct, you will be able to preview the printed nameplates before and after Sunday services on August 11 and 18.
Calvary will be purchasing 350 hymnals. To ensure as many people are able to participate as possible, there will be an initial maximum order limit of 6 hymnals per individual/couple/family unit. Should you wish to gift more, let us know, and after everyone has had a chance to participate, we will contact you. The cost to gift a hymnal is $20. You may write one check to CALVARY BAPTIST CHURCH OF DENVER (put “hymnal” in the memo line of your check), however please fill out a SEPARATE form for each hymnal you are purchasing.
Print out this form to order your nameplate. Order forms can be placed in the maroon tray on the Information Kiosk. Checks can be placed in the offering plate or in the lockbox slot to the left of the mailboxes.
DEADLINE TO SUBMIT YOUR FORMS IS SUNDAY, AUGUST 4TH.
